The best dentist in town! Knows his profession well. Examines all aspects. Explains in detail. Easy manner, great rapport. Takes time with patients. Does good work, especially restoration. Great staff, a totally positive environment.

1st time there, my visit began with my waiting because the receptionist was on the phone, as I waited I could not only hear bits of the conversation, I could also see her physical interactions!!! She was intentionally engaged in assisting whomever was on the phone, even though engaged she still acknowledged me with a warm nod and signaled she’ll be right with me. Immediately she apologized for the wait and her warm smile still clearly a part of her daily necessity for her work day was obvious. Very kind, warm and welcoming was the spirit in which she filled the environment with. The visit remained in the same vein of excellence with my patient service, everyone attentively “tended” to me during my visit! Dr. Chad thank you for your wonderful bedside manners, I was seen, informed, engaged, and advised with professionalism and care! Just know…you guys were talked about once I got home!! If I could give 10 stars I sure would, first and foremost, my first day there I had an appointment I was seen right on time I met with Marcy. She was very kind. We had good conversation. She talked with me throughout everything that she was doing. I then met with Chad, Who was very informative very knowledgeable very kind and the day of my appointment I had zero anxiety. I was so comfortable. I’ve never thought I could be comfortable in a dentist chair in all of my life. I really enjoyed my experience there. Teresa was amazing. Melani was amazing. Melani was more than amazing She has a smile that can light up your whole world, prior to me walking in I had a really rough morning and she made me feel so much better she She literally warmed my heart up thank you Chad for allowing me to have my first best experience in a dentist office. I look forward to working with this office more. I am also looking forward to having my children being seen by the team as well.

From the very first phone call everyone in the office was so kind. I felt relaxed and not rushed. I love Dr Chad Schnable . He explained what needed to be done to keep my teeth looking their best. He is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and takes his time with you. Something that is not gained in other dental offices. I found myself the best dentist in Savannah.! Thank you Dr Schnable and staff.

As always, the staff is kind and helpful from check-in until checking out. They even worked me in this week because I was having some different kind of pain. The environment of the office is very pleasant and comfortable. The dentist is very capable, very well-trained, personable, and compassionate. Thank you so much for your expertise!

I had a bad past and anxiety with visiting dental offices but the team at Savannah Dental Solutions made that all go away. They are very caring, careful and good vibes. Dr.Schnabel and his assistants made sure I wasn’t in any pain, checking on me during the whole process each visit. I’m very happy with the treatment I received. Great work Dr. Schnabel and thanks again!

I have never been to the dentist before, and I was really. But I've never felt so comfortable and satisfied with my care. Melissa Smith really cared for me. It was really nice! Everyone on staff was very nice to me and that goes a long way. Everything is so professional and very clean. They even gave me headphones to listen to while I was doing my filling??? And a blanket!!! CRAZY

Savannah Dental Solutions has been treating our family for many years. We have seen them for cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals, and have always had an excellent experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and I feel that our cleaning appointments have been thorough, yet gentle and accommodating to any dental anxiety we may be having. We are so happy with Savannah Dental Solutions that we travel from Rincon to be seen. If we ever have any questions or concerns, they are quick to reply with an answer or solution.

Dr. Smith and Assistant Kristin were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate throughout my entire appointment. Kristin went above and beyond to help me feel safe. She never made me feel embarrassed or rushed, and when I needed to hold her hand to get through the numbing shots, she did so without hesitation or judgment. That level of empathy made an enormous difference for me. Dr. Smith was calm, thorough, and reassuring, and I truly felt cared for rather than just “worked on.” I’m very grateful for the way I was treated and for how seriously they took my comfort. If you’re someone who struggles with dental anxiety, this office is a place where you’ll be treated with respect and genuine kindness.
